Our goal in providing referrals is to help prospective clients connect with therapists who agree with the tenets of the Therapy First membership statement. We do not fully “vet” these therapists, and it is your responsibility to do your due diligence—as you would in any search for a therapist—once you receive a referral. As such, filling out this form and being contacted by a Therapy First therapist does not obligate you in any way to begin or continue therapy with that therapist.

Regarding confidentiality: Any information you submit will be kept confidential in compliance with GDPR guidelines. If you are unable to find a therapist on the directory and ask for help via this contact form, we may share your information with therapists in the Therapy First network who may be able to work with you.
